Shipping your order within the Netherlands costs € 4,95 and outside the Netherlands € 12.50.
What should I do if my order is not correct?
When your order is completed, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel it. It is possible, within 14 days after receipt of your order. For additional questions, please contact our customer service (e-mail customer email@example.com). They are happy to help you.

Delivery of your order
The orders that are placed on workdays will as a rule be sent within 24 hours. The orders placed on Friday after 12 in the afternoon or at the weekend will be sent the following Monday.
All orders are sent via PostNL.
After we have sent your products, we send a Tracking link to your e-mail address. By clicking on this you automatically reach the page of PostNL, where you can follow the progress of your order. That way you know exactly where your package is and when you can expect it.
Is an article not to your liking or do you want to exchange it? Then it can easily be returned within 14 days after receipt, whatever the reason, provided the product has not arrived or damaged.
It is also possible to return an order by mail by noting the return address on the box. Any return costs are for your own account.
The purchase price of the returned products will be refunded to your account within 10 working days after the package has been received.
